1. Introduction
Thank you for using RPS Boom! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. Any interaction with RPS Boom or any related Big Roc Tec LLC service or website indicates that the user agrees to be bound to these terms and conditions.
2. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use our products in conformity with their local legal requirements and ethical standards. Per their use of RPS Boom users are prohibited from any of the following:
- Users may not utilize RPS Boom to violate any relevant laws in any jurisdiction. All use of RPS Boom must conform to relevant legal standards
- Users agree that they will not attempt to gain any access to RPS Boom services beyond those offered by Big Roc Tec. They will not attempt to gain access to employee or administrative accounts or access to Big Roc Tec LLC Data absent our explicit permissions.
- RPS boom users agree not to use RPS Boom in any way that is designed to cause harm to others. Users further agree not to use RPS Boom in any deceptive or fraudulent manner or to attempt to gain or exercise any undue influence over others.
3. Account Registration
By using RPS Boom, users acknowledge that they are responsible for the maintenance of the confidentiality of their personal information, including their password, account access, and any other information used to gain account access such as 2FA systems. Big Roc Tec LLC is not responsible for personal information confidentiality breaches that occur due to user error/failure to conform to confidentiality standards.
4. Privacy Compliance
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Accordingly, in our Privacy Policy, separately laid out and posted here on our website, we detail the manner in which we acquire, save, utilize, maintain, and protect your data. You have the right to access your data, the right to correct your data where it is incorrect, and the right to request to have your data deleted once it is no longer necessary to provide any services. You further have the right to request to opt out of data sharing and the use of your data for marketing services. Big Roc Tec currently does not share client data with any third parties but reserves the right to do so in the future. This agreement would then be updated accordingly and all user rights to request an opt out would be maintained. By interacting with Big Roc Tec products, users agree to periodically check to ensure for changes in all policies/agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the furthest extent allowable under the relevant legal standards, Big Roc Tec disclaims all liability from the use of or interaction with RPS Boom or any other Big Roc Tec LLC program or property. By utilizing our platform, users agree to release Big Roc Tec from liability which the user incurs as a result of interaction with RPS Boom or any other Big Roc Tec LLC product or service.
6. Governing Law
Users agree that the laws governing their relationship with Big Roc Tec LLC will be those of Rhode Island in the United States. By utilizing RPS Boom, users agree that any legal dispute that arises will take place in Rhode Island.
7. Refund Policy
Big Roc Tec LLC has a strict no refunds policy. All funds spent, deposited, or otherwise transferred by users to Big Roc Tec per interaction with RPS boom are not refundable for any reason. By accessing our sites or software, users agree not to request any refund and agree that they understand that once funds transfer from players or other users to Big Roc Tec LLC, there is no responsibility for the funds to be refunded or otherwise returned to the user.
8. Age Requirement
Users must be at least [18] years old to access and use the services provided by RPS Boom. If a user is under this age, they must obtain parental consent, or the services may be inaccessible to them.
9. Payment and Billing Terms
Users agree to pay all fees associated with using RPS Boom. Payment for credits is required before using the game. Big Roc Tec LLC may change pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect transactions that have already been completed.
10. Game Outcomes Fair Play
Users agree not to engage in any form of cheating or manipulation of the game. Any attempt to tamper with or exploit the system may result in immediate suspension or termination of their account.
11. Termination and Suspension of Accounts

13. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in Rhode Island, rather than through court proceedings, unless prohibited by Law.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Roc Tec LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of RPS Boom, including violations of these terms.
15. Changes to Terms
Big Roc Tec LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and users are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued use of RPS Boom after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Technical Issues / Downtime
Big Roc Tec LLC is not liable for any interruptions or downtime of RPS Boom due to technical issues, including server outages, software failures, or other issues beyond our Control.

RPS Boom may contain advertisements or links to third-party websites. Big Roc Tec LLC is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites, and users access them at their own risk.
Terms of Service – Virtual Currency & Gameplay
1. Virtual Currency (“Rocks”)
• Rocks are a virtual, in-game currency used solely for participation in game sessions.
• Rocks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside of the game.
• Players cannot sell, trade, transfer, or cash out Rocks to other users or third-party platforms.
• Purchasing Rocks only grants a limited, non-transferable license to use them within the game.
2. Gameplay Structure
• This game is designed for entertainment and skill-based competition only.
• Players use Rocks to enter game sessions but are not “betting” them in a gambling format.
• No element of the game guarantees financial gain or real-world rewards.
3. Prohibited Activities
• Any attempt to buy, sell, transfer, or trade Rocks outside the game is strictly prohibited.
• Players who attempt to monetize or exploit the game in unintended ways may have their accounts suspended.
