End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: February 2, 2025

1. License Grant
   Big Rock Tec LLC grants all users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RPS Boom’s software and services. Such usage must be carried out in accordance with this EULA.  By utilizing RPS Boom, all users and anyone who interacts with our services agrees to do so subject to this agreement.   Any deviation from the terms contained herein results in the automatic revocation of the license to utilize any of Big Rock Tec’s LLC intellectual purpose and is a contractual violation.  In the case of such a situation, Big Rock Tec LLC reserves all resulting legal rights.
2. Restrictions
   By engaging with any of Big Rock Tec LLC software or intellectual property, RPS Boom players agree to the following restrictions:

• Without written permission from Big Rock Tec LLC, users may not copy, alter, or in any other way manipulate the function of any software, either from RPS Boom or from any other Big Rock Tec LLC services.  
• Users may not create their own version of RPS Boom, either by extracting code from RPS Boom, reverse engineering our software processes, or use our product to create a product designed to imitate RPS Boom. 
• All use of RPS Boom software and intellectual property by players or anyone else who interacts with our products or intellectual property must conform with the laws of the relevant jurisdictions.  Any illegal use of our intellectual property is a violation of this agreement.  Big Rock Tec LLC reserves all relevant legal rights and remedies.

3. Data Collection & Compliance
   For commercial, performance, and compliance reasons Big Rock Tec LLC may collect personal information from users.  All data collection complies with standards set out in the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 
4. Termination
   Big Rock Tec LLC reserves the right to terminate the license granted herein in response to the violation of any of our terms at any time.  Upon license termination, the user is prohibited from using or accessing RPS Boom or any related Big Rock Tec LLC services.  
5. Liability Disclaimer
   All software is provided “as is” and Big Rock Tec LLC disclaims any warranty with respect to its software.  It is incumbent upon users to maintain the condition of the devices with which they access RPS Boom and Big Rock Tec LLC cannot be responsible for any device or system damage resulting from interaction with RPS Boom or any other Big Rock Tec LLC product.  All use of software comes with the risk of damage and by using our products, users agree to take responsibility for all damage that may occur as a result of such usage.
